The short version. Nashira is for reflection and entertainment. The astronomy is real; what we make of it is not advice. Don't use it to decide anything medical, legal, financial, or otherwise consequential, and don't treat a reading as a prediction of what will happen.
These terms are between you and Nyra Security LLC ("we", "us"), and they govern your use of the Nashira app and the service behind it. Using Nashira means you accept them. If you do not, please delete the app.
Nashira computes real astronomical positions and interprets them in the astrological tradition. The interpretation is not a statement of fact about you, your future, or anyone else. It is offered for personal reflection and entertainment.
Nashira does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind, and nothing in it is a substitute for a qualified professional. Content about crystals reflects traditional and folk associations only; no therapeutic or health benefit is claimed or implied. If you are in distress or crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
The written readings are produced by a large language model from the computed astronomical data. They can be wrong, inconsistent, or simply odd, and two readings from the same chart may differ. Use your judgement. Do not act on a reading in a way you would regret if it turned out to be nonsense.
The birth details, notes, photographs and other content you put into Nashira remain yours. They are stored on your device; see the Privacy Policy for what is sent to our service and what becomes of it. You are responsible for what you enter — including for having a reasonable basis to enter another living person's birth details or personal notes.
Nashira Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple, currently $3.99 per month or $24.99 per year, with a one-week free trial for new subscribers. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may change with notice.
Please use Nashira through the app as it is provided. Don't attempt to bypass the verification or rate limits that keep the service available, use it to build a competing product, resell or redistribute its output as a service, submit unlawful content, or interfere with its operation or security.
The Nashira app, the name Nashira, the design, and the text it produces for you are ours or our licensors'. You may use the readings you receive for your own personal purposes, including sharing an individual reading, but not to train a model or to operate a service.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue Nashira or any of its features, and we may stop making it available at any time. We will try not to do so abruptly where a paid subscription is affected.
Nashira is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or astronomically or astrologically accurate for your purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to Nashira is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for Nashira. Apple has no obligation to furnish support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of Nashira must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Nebraska have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and material changes will be noted in the app. Continuing to use Nashira after a change means you accept the new terms.
